After completing this module, you will have a basic understanding of the concepts and objectives of usability and user-centered system design.  You will be introduced to the benefits and process of this design methodology, as well as to some measures of assessing and quantifying system usability.  This is followed by guidelines that have been applied in the development of highly "usable" systems.
