Computerized Simulation (continued)

  • Full System Simulation - A full system simulator replicates the operational system. A full simulator rarely presents instructional material, but rather permits drills and practice in a realistic environment. Full system simulators are usually equipped with instructor's stations that permit the insertion of specific scenarios, faults, and/or emergency conditions. Simulators enable learning and practice on abnormal and emergency conditions that could not be safely performed on real systems in an operational environment.
