Welcome to the Office of the Chief Scientist for Human Factors Productivity Report website.

This web-based collection capability is important to our division because it provides the most expedient and flexible means for us to incorporate important information about your research into our reports to the FAA's senior leadership.

You can submit partial information and modify previously entered information as long as you do not click on "Finalize Report." Once you click on "Finalize Report," the data is viewable through the "Printable Report" link, but no longer changeable. Your report is not considered complete until you click on "Finalize Report."

IMPORTANT: Please use the Questions List and Previous and Next buttons on the forms to navigate back and forth through the different questions on the report. Do not use the Back and Forward buttons on your browser. This will ensure that your screen always displays the correct information.

When you have completed a Progress Report, click on "Finalize Report." A screen will appear that asks you to verify that the report is final. It cannot be edited after it is finalized.
