Outyear Budget Program Planning White Sheets. These documents are prepared for the AT/AF research program. They are closely related to Research Program Directives in that they are planning and programming documents prepared several years in advance (for example, Planning White Sheets for FY 2003 are prepared in FY 2001). They describe known priority AT/AF research which responds to customer requirements. They also describe the resources required by year to conduct planned research programs. Metrics describing key products and milestones are included in each RPD.
