  3. Pre- and post-training evaluations and workplace discussions from trainees show positive trends.

  4. Event investigations indicate a reduction in the number of human-factors-related contributing factors. Expect increase in reported events at first because of improved awareness.

  5. Work performance is improved in targeted areas.

  6. Demonstrated employee behavior change regarding safety awareness and practices.

  7. Increased requests for more/recurrent training.
