Overview

Based on our studies at AOCs (Airline Operations Control Centers), ATCSCC (Air Traffic Control Systems Command Center), and TMUs (Traffic Management Units), we have identified a number of principles to consider in guiding the design of a future Air Transportation Management System. These principles, along with supporting examples, are outlined below [in the paper].
