Team Development

Organizations that expect results immediately after team formation are usually disappointed. Effective teams require training and time to develop. Both initial and on-going training is needed in:

  • How to work on a team,
  • Development of the various skills used within the team,
  • Goal setting and measurement, and
  • Interpersonal skills.*
